Sondip ry organized and international training on immigration and youth work rights in Georgia on August 27-September 3, 2021.
The training took place in Georgia and brought together 33 youth workers, NGO workers and professionals from EU and partner countries: Finland, Georgia, Bulgaria, Armenia, Turkey and Azerbaijan.
The goals of the project were as follows:
1 – Exchanging information about the situation in other countries;
2 – Getting to know the work of other organizations;
3 – Peer-to-peer learning: exchanging best practices with workshops;
4 – Improving youth work at local and European level (including cross-sectoral approach and combating radicalisation);
5 – Development of action plans for the local reality of each participating organization;
6 – Creating a toolkit for youth workers and trainers.
